Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
By placing an order with Zongotek LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:
Returns
We accept returns for products that were shipped by us and are faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged item).
Items must be returned together with proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase and contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts for 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (up to 5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase time. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will apply for cancellations.
Full refunds are only applicable when switching orders. When you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and issue a 100% refund.
