If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or incorrect address details, the processing of your order may be delayed.

Risk-Free Shipping
If your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a FULL refund for that item. If there is a missing order, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate (usually takes 3-5 business days) and, if necessary, send a replacement once the investigation is complete.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The prices displayed on our site are exclusive of taxes, which means taxes may be applicable on your purchase.
Within the USA:
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA according to the applicable state and local laws. The amount of sales tax charged will depend on the destination of the shipment.
Outside the USA:
For international orders, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Zongotek LLC. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been placed due to our strict shipping schedules. Please double-check your address, as Zongotek LLC will not be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If the package arrives in your country and is refused by the customer or delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) without issuing a refund.
